Unworthy

You feel undeserving of your real heart’s desires — a good man, a good life, or genuine peace. You don’t know why, but you’d rather not be seen. Celebration makes you uncomfortable. Deep down, you believe people like you don’t get “that kind of life.

Disappointed

You’re not happy where you are. You feel behind. You regret past choices. You’re mad at yourself, but also mad at life — like it didn’t turn out how it was supposed to.

Defeated

You’re tired of starting over. Tired of being the queen of starting and stopping. You remember every time you tried to be consistent — and quit. The defeat starts in your thoughts before you even begin again.

Broken

You feel like a mess. Your body, your finances, your self-image — all of it feels like it's in pieces. You've replayed the past so much that brokenness feels like your identity.

Resentment

You hold unspoken frustration — mostly with yourself. You feel like you've wasted time or let people get away with things. You may not yell, but you boil.

Comparison

You look at other women and immediately find what they have that you don’t. You measure yourself against their looks, their life, their timeline. You feel like the “ugly friend.”

Shame

You’re embarrassed about your reality. You pretend everything’s good. You overachieve to hide the parts of you you’re ashamed of.

Inconsistency

You’re always beginning. Never finishing. You call yourself a builder, but inside, you don’t trust your ability to keep going. You’re afraid of discipline because it reminds you of where you fell off.

Ugly

You don’t feel beautiful unless you’re filtered, layered, or pretending. Your confidence is attached to your looks — but even then, you don’t feel seen.

Second Place

You feel like a backup plan. Like you’re never the first choice — in love, career, or calling. You fear the life you truly want isn’t available to you.

Stuck/Stagnant

You feel frozen in time. Like years have passed, but your prayers are still sitting unanswered. You’ve done “the work” — but nothing’s happening.

Lost

You want to change everything — but don’t know where to start. You’re overwhelmed. You feel disconnected from who you were and unsure of who you’re becoming.

Numb

You don’t feel anything. Not joy. Not pain. Just… nothing. Life happened, and you shut down emotionally to survive.

Something’s Missing

There’s a quiet ache — like a gap in your soul. You try to fill it with everything: friends, drinks, activity, ambition. But nothing really works.

Doubt

When uncertainty makes you question what’s possible and expect negative outcomes instead of the ones you hoped for.

Fear

When your mind grips onto something and makes you afraid, even when you don’t want to be, and the fear feels stronger than your ability to let it go.

Heartbroken

Heartbroken — when the pain of loss or disappointment feels so heavy that it aches in your chest and steals the joy from things that once made you smile.

Overwhelmed

It feels like everything is happening at once, your mind is racing, your body is tired, and you can’t figure out where to start or how to catch your breath.

Stupid

It feels like believing you’re not smart enough, replaying mistakes in your head, shrinking back in conversations, or questioning your worth because of something you didn’t know or got wrong.

Rejected

It feels like giving your best and still being overlooked, questioning your value, replaying what went wrong, and building walls to protect yourself from being hurt again.

It feels like moving through life on autopilot—disconnected, drained, and unsure of what’s missing inside.

Worried

It feels like your mind won’t stop racing, constantly replaying what could go wrong and trying to fix things that haven’t even happened yet.

Struggling

It can look like facing constant challenges, feeling weighed down by responsibilities, or battling to stay hopeful when life keeps testing your strength.
